Paseo Del Mar
This modern Mediterranean masterpiece was done in collaboration with Christine Vroom Interiors. After creating dozens of custom stain & paint samples, the perfect color palette for this beautiful living space was selected and made real by our best wood finishers. This included all custom windows, doors, cabinets & ceilings beams. Pictures do not do this incredible project justice.
This stunning coastal contemporary home sits directly on the beach boasting panoramic views on the Santa Barbara coastline. With a white-on-white battenboard exterior, the quality of our craftmanship from prep to paint is what protects this home from the harsh & salty elements. The interior was approached with the same intent: to "preserve and maintain" while allowing the architectural features to shine with beautiful long-lasting finishes.
This artisan built Spanish Modern home sits within a few hundred yards of the rugged Palos Verdes cliffs. All exterior finishes were applied with same thought & care of a master shipbuilder. This project showcases our attention to detail and demonstrates how transition lines from light to dark colors can truly make a project exceptional.
Catalina, Redondo Beach
This sophisticated modern home presented a multitude of challenges from zero reveal baseboards to a floating steel staircase finished in high-gloss lacquer. Our team was extremely motivated to transform this owner's dream of a living space into reality. Every surface we touched was prepared, stained and painted to the absolute highest standard.
Avenue C, Redondo Beach
This Spanish-revival build presented us with the incredible opportunity to work 1 on 1 with the homeowners to figure out what they truly wanted in terms of a paint & finishing job. Custom stained knotty alder doors, base and case created a stunning framing for their beautiful arched openings. With a family, picking a paint sheen that can tolerate wear and tear is difficult. We suggested a high-performance latex paint in a "velvet" sheen that has really stood up to the task.
